Recovery Participation Fee Regulation in Turkey
Starting from 1/1/2020 producers should report their Put on Market and pay a Recovery Participation fee quarterly.
Who is in Scope?
Those who supply their products or packaged goods/materials within the scope of this Regulation to the market directly by the manufacturer, regardless of the sales method, including the sales made with distance contracts, and if the producers of the products and packaged goods/materials are outside Turkey, the Authorized Representative by these manufacturers and / or importer.

Obligations of Producers:
- Report Import/Put On Market Amounts quarterly and pay the Recovery Participation Fee to Ministry of Finance.
- To appoint an Authorized Representative if not present in Turkey but sell through distant-selling.
