Obligations of Producers:
- Register on Online System of The Ministry
- Report Put On Market yearly to Ministry of Environment Online System.
- Report the import amounts and pay Recovery Participation Fee every quarter.
- To appoint an Authorized Representative if not present in Türkiye but sell through distant-selling.
